Knox Food Truck Carnival is Rolling in to Caribbean Gardens

Does seriously good – mouth watering, gourmet food enjoyed with a lake view, entertainment and fun times sound like your cup of tea?! If so, you’re in luck! Knox Food Truck Carnival is rolling in to Caribbean Gardens.

Across three days before Christmas in December market-goers will find a rotation of 30 of Melbourne’s best and tastiest food trucks from Greek to Mexican and Vietnamese including a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes, so rest assured you won’t go hungry.

The good folk at Knox Food Truck Carnival are all about a little self-indulging (okay, a lot), so in addition to an abundance of food there will also be a fully-licensed bar for you to enjoy, accompanied by live music from Pierce Brothers. Or perhaps a peaceful lake, picnic rug and mountain view is more your thing.

If you’re attending with the kids, we’ve got them covered, so you won’t be short of entertainment with carnival rides, fireworks and a movie screening.

Grab the family and/or friends, clear the calendar and enjoy good food, a chilled beer, wine or cocktail and enjoy the entertainment Caribbean Gardens and Knox Food Truck Carnival Co (FTCCO) has to offer this festive season.
